My younger brother "Shoaib Ahmed Mamoojee" aging between "22-24 years" got his both kidneys failed and he is on dialysis (twice a week) since last "4-5 years" in Karachi.
We were thinking about his transplant for years but due to continuous financial constrains we were unable to do it as yet.
Could you please let us know what services you are offering in term of kidney transplantation ??? and what will be approx medical expense ??

I feel very sad about your brother. I also went through dialysis for about 3 years. By the grace of ALLAH I had my transplant in January 2010.
If any body in your family wants to donate a kidney so go in "SIUT".For transplant without any expenses and it is located in Karachi (highly recommended).
If it not suits your family so "Kidney Center Hospital" in Rawalpindi. They doing transplant surgery without blood related donor. They charge about 7.5-8 lakhs + about 1 lakh for laboratory tests of your brother and donor.
